This is a cashless service. You must pay with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Can I book a locker if I am not a guest at Urbany Hostels?
Unfortunately not, the locker service is exclusive for our guests.
Can I change lockers after making my reservation?
No. Your reservation is linked to a specific locker. To change it, you must cancel and book again — subject to availability.
How do I end my rental?
Simply retrieve your belongings and close the locker. That’s it!
May I access my belongings during the rental?
Yes, you can open your locker as many times as you want.
