Locker Service at Urbany Hostel Barcelona
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(GDPR), we inform you that your personal data will be processed by RV Youth
Hostels SLU, with registered office at c/ Diputació 238, entresuelo 3ª, 08007
Barcelona, CIF: B64271398, for the purpose of managing your locker reservation
and ensuring the proper use of the service. Your data will be processed
lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and only for the purpose of this service.

1. General
Information
These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the locker rental
service provided by Urbany Hostels, available exclusively
to guests staying at Urbany Hostel Barcelona.
By booking a locker, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must
refrain from using the service.
2. Who Can Use This
Service
This service is exclusively available for current Urbany Hostel
Barcelona guests. External visitors or non-registered guests
are not allowed to book or use the lockers.
3. Booking &
Payment
- Locker reservations must be made through our online
booking platform.
- This is a cashless service — payments
are accepted only by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- All reservations are non-refundable
and non-transferable.
- Once booked, your locker will be assigned and
accessible for the selected rental period.
4. Locker Use
- Lockers are accessible 24 hours a day
during your rental.
- You may access your locker multiple times
during the rental period.
- To end your rental, simply remove your belongings and
close the locker door. No check-out is necessary.
5. Rules &
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for using the locker correctly and
securely closing it after each use.
- Urbany Hostels is not liable for theft, damage, or
loss of property due to improper use or user negligence.
- It is strictly forbidden to store
illegal, dangerous, flammable, perishable items, or animals.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation
of the rental without refund.
6. Changes &
Cancellations
- Locker reservations cannot be modified
once confirmed.
- If you need a different locker, you must cancel the
existing booking and make a new one (subject to availability).
- Cancelled bookings are not eligible for refund.
7. Abandoned Items
Items left in lockers after the rental period may be removed. We will
attempt to store them temporarily according to our lost & found policy, but
retrieval
is not guaranteed.
